Complete Guide
The days of playing casino games and betting only in front of a computer are long gone. Today, the majority of we1w users in Malaysia access our platform via smartphone — whether commuting to work, during a lunch break, or from the comfort of the sofa at home. That is why we invest seriously in developing a mobile app that truly works well, not just a website squeezed onto a small screen.
The we1w app is built from the ground up with mobile user experience in mind. Every button, every menu, every animation — all designed specifically for touchscreens. The result is an app that feels natural in your hand, responsive to every tap, and never wastes your time with a confusing interface.
One of the biggest advantages of the we1w app is that you get full access to all game categories in one place. No need to open separate tabs or log in multiple times. From the app's home screen, you can switch between live sports betting, slot games, live casino with real dealers, and more with just a few taps.
This comes in especially handy when, for example, you're watching a football match and want to place a live bet while also playing a few rounds of slots during halftime. With the we1w app, all of this is possible without any interruption or delay.
We understand that your trust is the most valuable asset we have. That's why the we1w app is equipped with comprehensive security layers. Every connection between the app and our servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banks in Malaysia.
In addition, two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all we1w accounts. This means that even if someone gets hold of your password, they still cannot log in without the verification code sent to your device. Biometric login using fingerprint or facial recognition adds another layer of both convenience and security.
Through the we1w app, you can manage your entire account without ever opening a computer. This includes making deposits via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, or Boost in Malaysian Ringgit; requesting withdrawals to your bank account or e-wallet; checking your betting history and transactions; updating your personal details and password; and setting game limits for better self-control.
The KYC process (identity verification) can also be completed directly in the app by uploading a photo of your ID. Once KYC is done, your withdrawal limit will be increased and you can enjoy all we1w platform features without restrictions.
The we1w development team continuously works to improve the app with new features, bug fixes, and performance optimizations. App updates are delivered automatically or can be downloaded directly within the app itself — no need to search for a new APK every time a new version is available.
We also take user feedback seriously. Many features now in the we1w app were suggested by our own users through customer support channels. If you have suggestions for improvement, our team is always open to hearing them.
If you encounter any technical issues or have enquiries, customer support is now integrated directly into the we1w app. You can reach our support team via live chat without leaving the app or opening a separate website. Our team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can assist in Bahasa Malaysia.
