Q: How long does the we1w registration process take?

Setting up a basic account at we1w takes less than 3 minutes. Simply fill in your basic details, verify your phone number via OTP and your account is instantly active. A more detailed KYC process (required for withdrawals) involves submitting an identity document and is typically completed within 1–24 business hours.

Q: Is we1w registration really free?

Yes, registering a we1w account is completely free. No registration fee, no commission, no hidden charges. You only need to deposit funds when you are ready to play. The low minimum deposit limit makes it easy to try the platform without a large financial commitment.

Q: What documents are required to register?

For basic account registration, you only need an active Malaysian phone number and an email address. An identity document (MyKad or passport) is required only during the KYC process before your first withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds.

Q: Can I register more than one account?

No. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at we1w. Registering multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you already have an account but have forgotten your password, please use the password reset function or contact our support team.

Q: How do I claim the welcome bonus after registering?

After registering and making your first deposit, navigate to the "Promotions" section in your account. Select the available welcome bonus offer and click "Claim". The bonus will be credited to your account instantly or within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Please review the applicable wagering requirements before claiming any bonus.

Q: What payment methods are accepted at we1w?

we1w accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost. Deposits are processed instantly for most payment methods. Withdrawals are supported to the same Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets used for deposits.
